Who do you use for shipping?

For items under 2 kg we use Royal Mail. For parcels that exceed that weight we use a range of reputable couriers that allow us to track your parcel.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Our website uses PayPal therefore you can use Visa, Delta, Electron, Master Card, Euro Card, Maestro, American Express & all debit cards that have a Visa or Mater Card logo on them. You do not have to PayPal account or set one up to use our website you simply enter your card details and your payment is processed.

 

Do you accept phone orders?

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same working day. Please allow a few days for goods being sent by Royal Mail as their delivery times may fluctuate.

 

Do you have a showroom or shop?

We do not have a show room, this allows us to keep our prices down. We try to provide all the information you require ion our website but if you need further assistance, please contact us (see our contact us page)

 

Can I collect my order?

We do not have a shop, therefore unfortunately we are unable to facilitate collections.
