DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery

 

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same working day. Please allow a few days for goods being sent by Royal Mail as their delivery times may fluctuate. We cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays by the postal services. Where goods are sent with a courier, Healthy Returns cannot be held responsible for the content of emails generated by 3rd party courier companies or the behaviour of its employees / representatives.

 

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. We can accept no responsibility for the goods when they are taken in or signed for by anyone but the consignee.

 

Prices for delivery are calculated and reviewed regularly but it in rare cases additional charges may apply due to increases from suppliers or other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases we will contact you prior to dispatch and no charges will be applied without the express authorisation of the customer. Also overseas orders can be subject to additional shipping fees depending on your location and overall weight and size of the parcel. We will contact you after purchase if an additional fee is required.

 

Where goods are returned to Healthy Returns due to the consignee being unavailable or because you have supplied incorrect address / delivery information, the postage charges must be paid again before the goods can be re-sent.

 

Any special delivery requirements must be notified to us at the time of placing an order.

 

Returns policy

 

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us in its original condition (unopened with seals and packaging intact) within 7 working days of the date you received the item. A refund will be issued when the goods are received back by Healthy Returns. The shipping costs will not be refunded.  

 

Should you return an item because of an error on our part or if it’s defective, then we’ll refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us (by prior agreement) Please note for hygiene reasons Enema equipment, bulb syringes and Nasal douches are non-refundable and should not be returned.

 

If upon receipt of your goods you find they are damaged please notify our office immediately and retain the damaged packaging. Please note, some couriers need notification within 24 hours of delivery (weekdays) for us to be able to make a claim for damages and they may need to inspect the damage to both the item and the packaging.

 

Prior to returning an item please call or e-mail us for reference number. That way we can ensure the goods are indeed faulty and speed up the process of refunding you when we receive the goods back. Please include a note detailing your return number, name, address, invoice number and reason for returning the item.

 

Returned goods must be received in the same condition as they leave the sender. Please ensure they are packed sufficiently and you use a suitable carrier to return them. Please also ensure that any plugs and loose parts cannot damage the item. For peace of mind, we recommend taking a photo of the goods prior to them being sent as we cannot issue a refund for damaged goods.

 

If the goods are found to not be faulty then we will have to charge for the time spent testing the equipment and also for any collection charge and/or return delivery charges at our standard delivery rates.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any and all packages that do not follow the above guidelines. Any returns/packages received without prior contact and return authorisation will be refused.
